Renewed Dashboard

We have introduced the new look-and-feel for the Dashboard environment, including a new overview page. Most of the workings will be the same as before, however we have organised the settings slightly differently. We have updated the color picker already, making it easier to add new colors. In the coming weeks we will continue with new improvements, including new charts.

Working Capital > Cash: closing position

A small addition is added to the Cash page in Working Capital: you can now see the closing position of all bank accounts per month by clicking the View details button in the top left chart. This overview is also available for download.

Intercompany: reconciliation matrix

In Finance > Intercompany we have introduced a new view to the Reconciliation overview. Select “View entities” top right to see a table with entities as rows and counter entities (including unassigned) as columns. This will help you diagnose differences in the intercompany eliminations configured.

Contact support from Finstack directly
You can now ask support questions directly from within Finstack. See the button on the bottom right. The chatbot will try to point you in the right direction. There is always the option to talk to a person in our Support team.

What’s next

We will add new options to upload multiple CSV files side-by-side and upload multiple entities through a single Excel upload. The renewed KPI, Forecast and Mapping pages are almost ready and apart from a new look-and-feel, they will have some new requested functionalities. The big project on the Sheet integration is still going strong. We are looking into an integration with Nmbrs to display payroll information.
