KPI revamp

Finstack has a new interface to keep track of operational metrics. In Setup > KPIs you can list your KPIs and populate their values by period. Using the formula bar on top you can create metrics that reference other fields and perform calculations. You can configure the formatting to number/currency/percentage, and choose Title to further organise your KPIs. The KPIs will be displayed in the separate KPI tab in reporting. An alternative option is to call your KPIs in Structure by using formulas there. This way you can combine your KPIs with your financial statements.

IC Reconciliation

Making sure you have configured Intercompany eliminations correctly is hard. In the new Reconciliation tab, you can group GLAs into categories and see if their sum in a time frame is zero. If there is still a difference, you might have missed something. Find it in Finance > Entries > Reconciliation.

What’s next

The coming quarter the focus is on multi-currency support, partial ownership (minorities), indirect Cash flow statement, a revamp of our Analysis page (variance analysis) and ISO27001 certification (security). Beyond that we will start building our Financial planning module (FP&A).

Feel like seeing Finstack in action?

It’s the only consolidation reporting platform that doesn't feel like Windows 95.
